Congratulations to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on their wedding last weekend. The happy couple chose an interesting range of vehicles for their wedding transport - vintage, traditional and modern!
Meghan and her mother arrived at St George's Chapel in a vintage Rolls Royce Phantom IV made in 1950 - one of only 16 built. Harry and Meghan then left the chapel as a married couple and travelled around Windsor in an open-top Ascot Landau carriage - one of just five built in 1883. The couple then drove themselves to the evening reception in a silver blue Jaguar E Type Concept Zero Car - a 1968 car converted to electric power.
Are you looking for some extra special wedding transport? Why not consider the white Wedding Taxi. An original iconic 1994 Fairway London Style Taxi, restored, renovated and spotlessly clean ready for your wedding day. On the big day, the car will be decorated in ribbons and bows, you will be looked after by a smart, well attired driver and can enjoy a complimentary half bottle of champagne - so you can feel like royalty for the day!
When choosing a venue for their big day many couples choose a church, historical building or a place with special significance.
So when it comes to your wedding transport, why not do the same? Perhaps you have a family history of taxi driving, connections to London or would simply like wedding transport with real historic and cultural significance. The iconic London Fairway Taxi is probably the most recognised form of transport in the world and Hall's Wedding Taxi was used in the capital right up until May 2012 - it certainly is a piece of history!
The white wedding taxi has since been lovingly restored for use as a wedding taxi including a respray, interior refurbishment and added chrome finish bumper and mirrors. Add your choice of coloured bows and ribbons and the taxi is ready to be an important part of your special day!
Why not have a special piece of history at your wedding with Hall's Wedding Taxi.
